I understand that once all monies are paid they are non-refundable, unless we offer a refund due to the club called off by the provider. I understand that in the unlikely event the club has to be cancelled, a full refund will be given for any days cancelled. I will be picking my child/children up at 3pm every day unless I notify the Head Coach that my child will: 1) walk home on their own 2) be picked up by somebody else. Failure to pick up your child later than 15 minutes of the finish time will result in a £5 charge. I understand that the club or organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused by or during attendance at the camp except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to result directly from the negligence of the club or organisers. I understand that my child’s place at the club can be cancelled for unacceptable behaviour. By signing up I (Parent/Carer) consent to having read and understood everything on the reverse side of this page.
